Epsilon LLC was founded by asset management practitioners who saw firsthand how IBM Maximo implementations fail — not because of the platform, but because of a lack of domain knowledge. We exist to close that gap.
Our Story
Epsilon LLC was founded after years of watching organizations invest heavily in IBM Maximo — only to see those investments underperform. The common thread: consultants who understood the software but not the operational context it was meant to support.
Our founders came from the asset management side of the table. We have designed maintenance strategies, built asset hierarchies from the ground up, and managed reliability programs in demanding operational environments. We know what good looks like — and we know how Maximo must be configured to support it.
